PicNPaste is an Start-up application for Android devices and Windows Pc. Using OCR and Bluetooth technologies, the app will transfer something that is writed on a paper to your computer. 

When you take a picture with our app instantly it will recognize the characteres in the picture, make it a text and send to a running application in your Windows that will put it on Paste or "Ctrl+V" function and you can use it wherever you want. Easy as it seems. :)
